Digit POS

Step 1 Click Digit POS

In the Side Menu from the Web Dashboard, click the Digit POS option. You will be brought to the Digit POS screen where you can use the Legacy POS or the Retail POS.

Step 2 Using Legacy POS

To access the Legacy POS, select the calculator icon. You will then have the Legacy POS Calculator Showed on Screen. Using the calculator, enter the desired charge amount. (To clear the amount, click the ‘C’ icon.) Once you have set your total, click the “Charge” button on the bottom right.

Step 3 Using Retail POS

To access the Retail POS, click the shopping cart icon. Scroll through your imported inventory on the left side and select the appropriate item(s). If an item doesn’t have a set price, you will be prompted to enter a custom amount. Enter the desired amount and click “Submit.” Once you have selected the item(s) click the “Charge” button on the bottom right.

Legacy POS and Retail POS Payments

After selecting the charge button, you will be brought to the payment screen. You will have the options Cash, Manual Card Entry, and Send to Reader. Select the desired payment method and proceed.

Option 1 Accepting Cash Payments

Select the Cash option from the payment Screen. Enter the cash amount recieved, then click the “Purchase” Button to complete the transaction and see the change needed to be given to the customer (if any).

Option 2 Accepting Manual Card Entry Payments

Select the Manual Entry option from the payment screen. Enter the required card information on the right side of the screen, then click the “Purchase” button to complete the transaction.
