Using the Sky Systemz Mobile App
Step 1 Download the App
Go to the app store, search for Sky Systemz, and download the app.
Step 2 Login to the App
Once you download the app, you will be greeted with this screen. Click “Login” to sign in to your Sky Systemz account.
Step 3 Import Your Sky Systemz Settings
First, click “More” found on the bottom right of your screen.
Update POS settings, payment gateway, and all the data from server.
This will import all your settings from Sky Systemz and you’ll be ready to use the app.
Option 1 Using the Mobile Terminal
Step 1 Navigate to Terminal
Click the “Terminal” button in the bottom left of your screen. You will be brought to a screen with a calculator. Type the amount you would like to charge a customer and click the “Charge” button.
Step 2 Select Payment Type
You will then be brought to a payment screen. From here, you can select how you would like to take payment. You can choose to use a chipper, take a manual entry card payment, or accept cash.
To use the chipper, simply select the “Connect to Chipper” button and choose a nearby chipper device.
To use Manual Entry, tap the credit card icon at the top of the screen. You can then enter your customer’s card info and click the “Submit” button to charge the customer.
To accept a cash payment, select the hand with money icon. From this page, you can enter the cash received and click the “Submit” button.
Option 2 Using ACH Payments
To accept ACH payments, click the 4th icon at the top that looks like a pencil writing. From this screen, your customer can enter their account details to pull funds directly from the account.
Step 4 Request Payments From Customer
If your customer is not present and you need to request payment, you can text them an invoice with a link so they can pay on the go. Simply enter the customer name and phone number then click the “Send” button and your customer will receive the text message invoice. Note: you can choose to send an email invoice by selecting the dropdown and choosing email instead of phone number.
