Gain Valuable Insights with Comprehensive Reporting Tools
Accessing and Managing Reports on the Web Dashboard
Step 1 Click Reports
In the Side Menu from the Web Dashboard, click the Reports option. You will be brought to the Overview Report screen.
Option 1 Overview Report
In the “Overview Report” tab, you will be able to see financial reporting such as gross sales, net sales, refund, processing fees, discounts granted, sales tax, total transactions, and average ticket.
Option 2 Sales by Item Type
Click the “Sales by Item Type” tab. From this tab, you will be able to see sales by payment types listed. (E.g. Credit Card, Cash, Etc.)
Option 3 Using the Date Range Finder
From the “Overview Report” tab, click the box that lists today’s date. There will be a dropdown where you can select the appropriate date range for the report. You will then see reporting based on the date range selected.
Option 4 Using the Custom Report Feature
Using custom reports, you will be able to search transactions within a specific date range. From the “Overview Report” tab, click the “Custom Report” button. You will receive a pop-up where you can select the desired dates. Once you have selected the desired date range, click the “Filter” button. You will then see the report for the selected date range.
Option 5 Print/Download Reports
Step 1 Click Download Button
To download a PDF veersion of your report, select the “Download” button. This will open a new tab with a PDF version of your report.
Step 2 Choose to Save or Print
From the newly opened PDF tab, you can save the PDF or use a local printer to print the report by clicking the printer icon in the top right.
Option 5 Send Report
Step 1 Click Send Report Button
To send a report, click the “Send Report” button. Once selected, you will receive a pop-up labelled “Print PDF.” From here you can select to export the report via text or email.
Step 2 Choose Export Method
Once you have selected your export method (text or email), you will need to enter the phone number or email where report will be sent. Click the “Send” button to send the report to the desired recipient.

Main Account Accessibility
Step 1 Click Select Sub-Merchant Dropdown
After selecting the “Reports” option on the left side of the dashboard, you will see the main reports dashboard. From here, you can choose “Select Sub-Merchant” at the top and will receive a dropdown list of your sub-merchants/locations.
Step 2 Generate Desired Reports
After you have selected the desired location/sub-merhcant, you can use any of the steps above to generate desired reporting based on the sub-merchant selection.
