Viewing Completed Transactions

Accessing Completed Transactions

In the Side Menu from the Web Dashboard, click the Transactions dropdown. You will then be able to click “Complete” from there and view the list of completed transactions.

Option 1 Download Transactions as CSV

To download a CSV of your transactions list, click the “CSV” button from the Trasactions List screen.

Option 2 Filter by Payment Method

To filter your transactions list by payment methods, select the the dropdown box beneath the “Payment Methods” section. Within the dropdown, you can select the type of payment method you would like to filter by and any transactions of the selected type will be shown in the list.

Option 3 Filter by Date Range

To filter transactions by date range, select the text boxes beneath the “From Date” and “To Date” sections. You will see a calendar pop up where you can select the desired date range. Once you have selected the from and to dates you will see a list of transactions within the selected date range.

Option 4 Sort By Filtering

To sort your transactions list by specific filters, select the dropdown under the “Sort By” section. Within the dropdown, you will be able to select the desired filter to sort your transactions list.

Accessing Specific Transaction Actions

Accessing Actions Tab

To access the actions tab for a specific transaction, first locate the desired transaction from the transactions list. Then select the dropdown arrow under the From section of the transactions list located near the company/customer name.

Option 1 Receipt Access

To access the receipt of a transaction, select the first icon from the action tab. This will allow you to access a copy of the receipt for the transaction.

Option 2 Invoice Access

To access a copy of the invoice of a transaction, click the second icon from the actions tab. This will allow you to download a copy of the invoice for a transaction.

Option 3 Refund a Transaction

To refund a transaction, click the third icon under the actions tab.


You will be given the option to refund the full transaction or create a custom amount. After making your selection, select the “Process Refund” button to submit the refund. Note: The refund will be shown in your transactions list as a separate transaction.

Viewing Pending Transactions

Accessing Pending Transactions

To access pending transaction requests, slect the “Transactions” option from the sidebar menu, then select “Pending Request” in the dropdown.

Option 1 PDF Copy of Transaction

To create a PDF of a pending request transaction, select the pdf icon from the actions tab of the desired transaction.

Option 2 Pay a Pending Transaction

To pay a pending request, select the pay icon located within the action tab of the desired transaction.

Option 3 Edit a Pending Transaction

To edit a pending transaction, select the edit icon within the action tab of the desired transaction.
